THE EDITORIAL OFFICE, YOUR JOURNALISTIC HOME
After the first six months, you will join your home editorial office. Here you can put what you have learned at the Academy into practice. Experienced journalists will accompany you in your work. You will choose your home editorial office together with us during the application process.

Projects and specialization

Each team implements journalistic projects with the support of the editorial departments at Axel Springer.

In the last six months of the training program, participants undergo several weeks of specialization.

At the end of the training period, the entire team goes on an educational trip, which concludes with a certificate award ceremony.
OFF THE RECORD
Well-known personalities regularly visit the Axel Springer Academy and hold background discussions with the trainees. These events are moderated by two members of the current team, and what is said remains confidential. The Off The Record discussions offer exciting insights and the opportunity to apply interview techniques.
